Investment Policy Development

We work with Plan Fiduciaries to develop an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) that links the Plan's asset allocation with its benefit obligations. This clearly defined IPS becomes the authority for investment decisions made by Plan fiduciaries.

Implementation

After the IPS is adopted, we work with Fiduciaries to ensure the portfolio structure is consistent with IPS guidelines. Implementation includes fee and service negotiations and manager searches.

Quarterly Review

We provide ongoing support for Fiduciaries to monitor the Plan's investment results and policy compliance.
